Shipping & Sales Tax Information for Love Nest Treasure Customers
1. Free Standard Shipping in the U.S.
We’re happy to offer complimentary standard shipping on all of our plus-size dresses and apparel across the United States. For our Canadian customers, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and carrier rates.
2. Sales Tax Policy
We comply with all local and state tax regulations. That means your order may be subject to sales tax, depending on where your dress is being shipped—even if you reside in a tax-free state. If delivery is made to a state with active tax requirements, you may still see taxes applied at checkout. Please note that tax estimates shown during checkout may vary slightly from your final invoice, depending on updates to your payment or shipping information.
If you're a reseller or part of a tax-exempt organization, you may apply for tax-exempt status on your LoveNestTreasure.com orders. Once your form is completed, email your documentation to support@lovenesttreasure.com for review.

Please note: We are unable to ship to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses at this time.

Your favorite dresses will be shipped using reliable delivery partners such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Pioneer, based on your location and order type.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
When you find the perfect dress, we don’t make you wait. Most in-stock items ship within one business day, often on the same day you place your order. If you pay by credit card, your order will be processed within 24 hours, and shipments usually go out the next business day.
For orders with multiple items headed to different addresses, you may receive more than one delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your region and chosen carrier.
In rare cases where your shipment hasn’t left our warehouse within 8 business days of label creation, you’ll have the option to cancel or request a partial refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Should weather or other unforeseen issues delay fulfillment, we promise to resume processing as soon as conditions allow.
Damaged Deliveries & Protection
We take great care to make sure every dress is beautifully packaged. However, transit issues can sometimes happen. If your item arrives with visible or functional damage, please report it within 3 business days through your My Orders page. Be sure to include clear digital photos and a detailed description of the damage so we can address your concern quickly.

For every order placed, you’ll receive:
